Dr. Dunn has been associated with Desert Orthopaedic Center since 1995, serving adolescent and adult patients throughout the Las Vegas area. His clinical specialties include back, neck, and spine conditions, as well as sports medicine. Dr. Dunn earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of California, San Diego, before receiving his medical degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine in 1985. He completed two years of general surgery training and four years of orthopedic surgery training at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center. He then pursued advanced fellowship training in spine surgery at the internationally recognized Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center in Downey, California. Dr. Dunn entered private practice in 1992 and later joined Desert Orthopaedic Center, an established Las Vegas orthopedic group founded in 1970 that now operates five locations throughout the region.
A diplomate of both the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Board of Spine Surgery, Dr. Dunn is also affiliated with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the North American Spine Society, the American Medical Association, the Nevada Orthopaedic Society, and the Clark County Medical Society. His career is distinguished by advanced subspecialty training, decades of private practice, and a longstanding dedication to treating orthopedic and spinal disorders. Dr. Dunn regards his surgical ability as a God-given skill and remains committed to continuing his work as long as his health and abilities allow.
